| The CEDIC 2013 Conference is composed of three parts: |

| 1. Conference Opening - Friday Night - Public Event |
| |
|
|
|
| |
The Conference Opening and the subsequent picture show is a public event. No registration is required for this event! After the opening ceremony there will be a presentation of astronomical images which will be shown in the Ars Electronica Center "Deep Space" - a special projection room (two stories high), where the images will appear three-dimensional by a special projection technique.
The shows will be repeated multiple times during the evening, so that everyone will get the chance to see it.

| 2. The Conference - Registration required |
| |
|
|
|
| |
The Conference itself will take place on Saturday, March 2nd 2013 and on Sunday, March 3rd 2013 and will bring you lots of information about deepsky imaging and image processing. On both days you will have the possibility to visit lectures and workshops. There is also the chance to visit the exhibition area to meet our partners at any time. Please note that seating in the sessions is limited and there may be sessions which are highly frequented, so come to your sessions early!
There is no pre-registration for the workshops, seating will be available on a first-come first-served basis. |

| 3. Conference Dinner - Registration required |
| |
|
|
|
| |
On Saturday Night we will meet at a nice home-style cooking restaurant for dinner. That's not only the chance for good food but you can also meet the speakers and our partners there. So there will be enough time for communication and discussions. For the registration fee you will be served a full dinner, which you can choose from different menu options and your first drink (wine, beer or non alcoholic). |
